Ege Zulu

The messenger of Finnish Afrotrap, Ege Zulu, spreads positive energy around him. His versatile soundscape is heavily influenced by French music, particularly the “Marseille sound,” which he skillfully blends with afropop and hip-hop styles. In his lyrics, Ege Zulu delves into suburban life and its challenges, while also touching on themes close to him, such as friendship and personal experiences.

Last year, the artist released his third album, Mammanpoika. True to his self-proclaimed title of a “mama’s boy,” Zulu once again delivered a cohesive and compelling showcase of his passion for music. The album features chart-climbing tracks such as Tunnista tuntiin (feat. BEHM), 100 kg kukkia, and Oikee mies (feat. Joe L).
